摘要
应用具有刚性结构的三环癸二烯酮，经高度立体选择性地引入官能团及逆第尔斯－阿尔德反应，合成了文题化合物（Ｆｒｏｎｔａｌｉｎ），包产率约２４．４％。
?-Frontalin has been synthesized from(士)-tricyclo[5.2.1.0￣2.6] decan-dienone through retro Diels-Alder reaction. The total synthesis involves eleven steps and has high stereoselectivity in 24.4%overall yeild.Then new compounds[4,7,8,9,10(a),10(b),ll,12,13,14] have been synthesized and characterized by IR,H-NMR and MS.
