A STUDY ON THE ANTICORROSION PROPERTIES OF COATINGS CONLAINING ZINC BY ELECTROCHEMICAL METHODS

摘要 应用Ecorr随时间变化规律,Tafel曲线及阻抗谱法研究无机富锌涂料和热喷锌防腐涂层的电化学防腐性能.通过测试各种电化学参数如腐蚀电位Ecarr,腐蚀电流icorr,极化电阻Rp,迁越电阻Rt等,比较无机富锌涂料和热喷锌涂层的防腐效果. The electrochemical and anticorrosion properties of inorganic zinc-rich paints and hot spraying zinc coatings were studied by various electrochemical methods such as Ecorr VS time, Tafel curve and AC impedance spectroscopy etc. Their anticorrosion effects were discussed by measuring their Ecorr, icorr, polarization resistances (Rp) and transition resistances (Rt).
