摘要
为了降低某水下航行装置的辐射噪声,增强其探测目标的能力,对该装置的重要噪声源——传动齿轮箱进行了减振降噪的试验研究。设计并安装了专用的齿轮箱试验台,并在台架上进行了模拟发动机与螺旋桨扭振激励状况下的试验。通过轴承部位的隔振以及箱体采用高阻尼合金材料,齿轮箱的振动与噪声有了明显下降。
An investigation was made on the main noise source-the gearbox of the underwater vehicle to reduce the noise and improve its capability of goal-detecting under the water. A special gearbox test device was made to simulate the excitation of the engine and the propeller. The vibration and noise level declined obviously through the isolation around the bearing as well as the adoption of damping alloy as the material of the gearbox body.
