电站锅炉不锈钢消声器爆炸事故分析

摘要 本文对某厂制造的锅炉消声器爆炸事故进行了失效分析,认为该消声器结构设计对动态要求不够;不锈钢成份控制不严,金相组织异常;焊接工艺执行不严及焊接材料部分选择有错等,并提出几点建议。经一年多产品实际服役,证明该分析是正确的。 The failure analysis on the explosive accident of the boiler-silencer made by a certain factory is done. It is clear that the structure deskign of the silencer can't satisfy with the dynamic requirement,the competion of the stainless steel can't be controlled strictly,the microstructure is not normal,the welding technology can't be carried out sttictly,a pert of the welding materials are chosen wrongly.and so on. Based on this analysis some suggestions are recommended. The ptactital service of the driptoved products for over a year shows that the analysis and the suggestions are correct.
