摘要
分析了２７例Ｂｅｈｃｅｔ病的诊断，治疗发预后的规律。本文显示该病主要表现为口腔溃疡（９６％）、生殖器溃疡（８５％）、眼部损害（５２％）、皮损损害（７７％）；皮质类固醇激素、非类固醇抗炎剂及免疫抑制剂为治疗本病的有效药物。２７例中痊愈或好转２２例（８９％），病情无明显变化１例，死亡４例，其中３例死于继发感染。

cases of Behcet's disease were analysed.It was found that oral ulcera-tion developed in 96%of the
total cases,genital ulceration 85%,eye involvement 52%andskin lesions
77%,Corticosteroids,noncorticosteroid anti-inflammatory agents and immuno-suppressants were
given with beneficial effect.Twenty-two cases (89%)were cured or im-proved,1 case showed no
obvious alteration,4 patients died,the cause of death in 3 caseswas secondary infection.
