摘要
用免疫荧光染色法显示原代培养的成人心肌细胞及非肌细胞的中心体。结果表明:已用或者不曾用 ARA-C 处理的心肌细胞均无分裂活动,中心体形态正常。非肌细胞中,绝大多数成纤维细胞的分裂敏 ARA-C 抑制,上皮细胞则无例外地不再分裂。所有非肌细胞的中心体均无异常。提示成人心肌细胞不分裂与中心体无直接联系。
Centrosomes of adult human myocardial and non-myocardial cells in primary culture were demonstrated by immunofluorescent technic, No mitotic activity of myocardial cells was revealed whether treated by ARA-C or not. The morphology of all centrosomes was normal. As to the non-myocardial cells,mitoses of most fibroblasts and all epithelial cells were inhib- ited by ARA-C,but their centrosomes appeared normal . The result has not suggested any di- rect linkage between the centrosomes and non-mitotic activity of adult human myocardial cells.
