摘要
以９月份采收的苦丁茶树种子为材料，进行促后熟、发芽研究的结果表明：破壳、外源激素处理对发芽无促进作用；低温贮藏促进胚乳吸收．２％蔗糖溶液处理种子，能提早发芽３～４个月，但播种时，须将种子浅埋于细土中，否则将影响出苗率．
The study on prormotion of post-maturation and germination of the Ilex kud-ingcha Tseng seeds harvested in september showed that treating the seeds with hormonesand/or breaking seed shells did not promote their germination whiles toring them at low tem-perature promoted endosperm absorbabily.The seeds germinated earlier by 3～4monthswhen treated with 2%sucrose aqueours solution than the control.The seeds should be cove-red with broken soil after sown,othervise the rate of emergence reduced.
