七因素二水平正交试验研究结果表明:塑料袋密封包装可以延缓李果实变黄.李在1℃条件下贮藏62d和70d,腐烂率在0~0.37%之间.变温贮藏可以减轻果实冷害.长沙地区李在7月26日左右采收比较合适.10mg/kgGA3浸果对延缓李后熟无显著效果.
The results of the analysis by seven factors and two levels orthogonal experi- ment show that sealing package with plastic film is able to put off the changing to yellow ofLai plum.The rate of decay is very low(0 ~ 0.37%)when the fruit is stored at 1℃.Changed-temperature storage is able to restrain the chilling injury of fruit.26,July is thepreper picking date of fruit in changsha.10 mg/kg GA3 does not postpone ripening.
