摘要
本实验对妊娠8.5d的小鼠连续3d灌服阿司匹林[250mg/(kg·d)]后,观察仔鼠生长发育情况,并用组织学方法研究第12.5d、第17.5d胎盘。结果显示,胚胎吸收率上升,仔鼠体重及冠臀长度明显下降,骨化点数目减少,并出现6例畸形仔鼠;胎盘组织结构有明显改变,表现为迷路滋养层细胞排列拥挤,母体血窦变窄,海绵滋养层细胞排列成块,其间的网眼间隙变窄或消失,在胎盘的3层结构中均有细胞出现不同程度的退变,整个胎盘变薄。作者认为阿司匹林对胎盘组织结构的损伤以及对其屏障和内分泌功能的破坏是其延缓胚胎生长发育,导致畸形发生的部分机理。
Pregnant mice in which vaginal plugs were found 8.5 days ago were gavaged with aspirin[250 mg/(kg·d)]for 3 days.The growth and development of fetus were investigated and the placentas were examined with the histological method.It was found that the resorption of embryo increased;the fetal weight and length of crown-rump decreased;the number of ossification center reduced,and six malformed fetus developed.The histological structures of placentas changed appearantly.In the layer of labrinthine tropholast,the cells arranged crowdly.Sinuses became small in spongiotrophoblast,the cell cords arranged closely and the spaces between them become narrow or disappeared.Cells in three layers of placenta showed the characteristic of deterioration to various degrees.It is suggested that the damage of histological structure and the interference to the barrier and endocrine functions of placenta caused by aspirin are a part of the mechanisms that retards the fetal development and induces the malformation.
