摘要
本文介绍运用管理信息系统的理论和方法及数据库技术，研究开发的高校学生学籍、成绩管理系统，简述了系统分析与设计过程，给出了系统功能和软件特点，并对系统的应用效果进行了分析．
Theory and method of using management information system (MIS)and database technology are introduced,managernent system of students school roll is research and developed.system analysis and designing process is briefly elaborated,system function and software characteristic are given.And its applied effect is also analysized.
