摘要
本实验研究了不同浓度胰岛素对体外单个核细胞ＩＬ_２、ＩＬ_６诱生的影响。实验提示：胰岛素浓度为０．０２μｕ／ｍｌ、２０μｕ／ｍｌ时不影响单个核细胞ＩＬ_２，ＩＬ６_的产生。胰岛素浓度为２０００μｕ／ｍｌ时能显著增加单个核细胞ＩＬ_２、ＩＬ_６的产生。结果表明：高浓度胰岛素才能增加外周血单个核细胞产生ＩＬ_２、ＩＬ_６的能力。
The effect of insulin on induction of IL_2 and IL_6 had been investigated when concentrations of insulin are 0.2μU/ml and 20μU/ml,the productions of IL_2 and IL_6 were not affected in peripheral blood monocytes,Howere,hish insulin level(2000μU/ml)significantly increased the IL_2 and IL_6 production in vitro.These results have demonstrated that only high insulin level induces productions of IL_2 and IL_6 in peripheral blood monocetys.
