摘要
以日产３６２型多道生理仪为主要手段，研究了静松灵时绵羊的肌肉系统的作用．实验结果表明，静松灵对肌肉产生良好的肌松作用；肌电图表现为肌电活动明显减少和振幅降低等，肌松作用大约持续１小时．
The effecl of xylazole on the sheeps muscular system was studied by Model-362 polygraph made in Japan. We obtuined a better method oftracing ZMG through investigating the condition and method of theexperiment repcatly and got the ZMG waves before xylazole adminstration The results showed that xylazole can exert good musele relaxation, The ZMG showed that the ZMG electrical activity decrcased significantlyand the amplitude depressed. The effect of the muscle relaxation lastedfor about one hour
