摘要
通过ＭＤＣＫ传代细胞从黑龙江某狐场疑似狐狸脑炎病狐的肝脏中分离到对本动物具有较强致病能力的强霉株，定名为ＦＥＶ—Ｈ．经系统鉴定，并与已知国内分离毒株狐狸脑炎病毒ＦＥＶ－８８０１、狐喉气管炎病毒ＦＡＶ－２比较，证实为狐狸脑炎病毒，属犬｜型腺病毒（ＣＡＶ—１）．
A strain of virus was isolated from infected foxex in an affected fox farm of Heiongjiang provinces with the Madin and Darby dog kidney (MDCK).It was abbreviated term FEV-H.The virus was identified as fox encephalitis virus by comparing with fox encephalitis virus FEV-8801,fox throat bronchitis virus FAV-2 and system identification, It belongs to cav-LThe Virus has been shown to be capable of serial cultivation in MDCK.A72,But not in F81,Vero,BHK,CEF and Musk rat kidney cells, It isn' t susceptible to Pk 15 cells. It can agglutinate human type' O' and guindea-pig erythrocytes(RBC),but cant agglutinate musd rat rabbit goose pig dog and horse RBCs TCID50 of the virus in MDCK is 5.62log10ml-LLD50/2ml of the virus in two months blue foxes is 0.75,ID50/2ml is 1.5.
