摘要
对１日龄雏鸡感染鸡贫血因子（ＣＡＡ）后血浆的凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原含量及副凝试验等指标进行了检测．结果表明，感染ＣＡＡ雏鸡血浆凝血酶时间和部分凝血活酶时间分别于感染后７～２８日和１４～２１日明显延长；凝血酶原时间和纤维蛋白原含量于７—１４日虽呈现延长或减少，但无统计学意义；副凝试验于感染后７～１４日至阳性反应。
The experiment was undertaken to defect the changes of thrombin time (TT),prothrombin time(PT),kaolinperilal thromboplastin time (KPTT), fibrinogen and plasma prolamine paracoagulation (3P) in plasma of chickens infected withCAA. The results were as follows: At 7, 14 , 21 and 28 day postinoculation (PI ), tthe times of thrombin were significantly longer inchickens infected at 1 day of age with MSB_1─TK5803strain of CAA than in control chickens. At 14, 21and 28day PI,the PTwas longer in infected than control chickens. between 14and 2day PI,the KPTT was significantly longer in chickens infected withCAA than in control. The results of this study showde that blood coagulability in chickens inferted at lday of age with CAA wassignificantly decrease.
