近视眼前房深度、晶体厚度及眼轴长度分析 被引量:3

摘要 应用DGH-4000型眼部A型超声测量仪检测了72例近视眼及18例正常对照眼的前房深度、晶体厚度及眼轴长度。结果表明:晶体厚度与前房深度二项平均值近视祖均大于对照组,晶体厚度在轻、中度与高度近视相比及眼轴长度在轻、中、高度近视各组间,差异均有高度显著性。由此,对近视眼的发病机理进行了回顾和讨论。 The DGH-4000 Ultrasonic Pachymeter was used in the measurement of the anterior chamber depth (AD),lens thickness (LT) and axial length (AL) in 72 patients with myopia and 18 individuals.The results showed that the LT and AD increased significantly in each myopia group,LT of mild and moderate myopia was significantly thicker than that of severe myopia,and the AL is significantly the longest in three myopia groups.The ratio of LT/AL in severe myopia is much lower than that in two other myopia groups and similar with that of normal groups.The pathogenesis of myopia was reviewed and discussed with the measurements in this study.
