摘要
本试验研究了８５２复合麻醉剂、静松灵、哌替啶等药物对兔心血管功能、呼吸功能等主要生理指标的影响。结果表明，８５２复合麻醉剂对兔心血管功能有抑制作用，使免心率减慢、平均动脉压下降、中心静脉压升高；对心电图房室传导间期、心室传导间期无明显影响，出现的抑制作用为暂时的、可逆的；对动物呼吸机能抑制轻微且恢复及时，该药用于小动物麻醉是安全的。
The studies demonsrated the influence on the functions of cardiovascular and respiratory systems on rabbits of 852 compound Anaesthetic Agent'Ting song Ling'and Pethidine. The results suggested that this Agent can make thd HR of rabbits and MAP slow down and make cvp up,turn RR slow. There is not a signi ficantly effect to P-R and QRS. The inhibition is temporary and reuersible. It makes the inhibition on the functions of respiratory on the Animals slightly and returns it timely. The use of Anaethesia is safely to small animals.
