摘要
烟草小孢子囊的发育经历了孢原细胞、造孢细胞和小孢子母细胞等阶段；其雄配子体由１个生殖细胞和１个营养细胞组成，外有２层细胞壁和３个萌发孔。小孢子囊壁中的纤维层由２～３层细胞组成，此与一般被子植物不同。花药成熟时，纤维层细胞的径向壁和内切向壁上有径向条纹状加厚，并木质化。最后还讨论了小孢子囊的内部发育与花的外部形态的关系。
The development of the microsporangium of flue-cured tobacco go through thearchesporial cell,sporogenous cell and microspore mother cell stages.The male gameto-phyte consists of a generative cell and a vegetative cell,and has two layers of walls andthree germinal apertures.the fibrous layer which is different from the other angiospermsis made up of 2～3layers of cells.As the anther is approaching maturity,the stripy thick-ening and the lignification are produced in the radial wall and the inner tangential wall ofthe fibrous layer cells. The relation between the development of microsporangium and theoutside morphology of flower was also discussed.
