摘要
介绍了电子散斑干涉计量(ESPI)原理,推导了ESPI求挠度(离面泣移)的公式,设计了测量悬臂板离面位移的光路,用C语言编制了相应的数字图象处理软件,得出相关条纹图,计算了悬臂板的离面位移,并与双曝光全息干涉法作了测试比较,结果很好符合。
n th is paper,a procedne of Electronic Speckle Parttern Interferometry(BPI)is intro-duced,and the deflection of a cantilever plate is deduced by using the method.Schematics of the optical setnp is presented. According to correlation fringes obtained, deflection distri-butlon of the cantilever plate can be calculated.Comparison of the result obtained by this niethod and that by Double-exposure Holographic Interferometry shows that the two results are in good agreement.
