摘要
对原型伸缩缝橡胶止水带的硬度、抗拉强度、伸长率、老化系数、橡胶带与混凝土的连接性能以及抗撕裂性能进行了系列试验。提出橡胶止水带的设计选用中应配合进行工程特性试验;生产中应持别注意质地与圆孔壁厚的均匀性;增加胶带的龄数和齿深;改善保存条件、避免高温暴晒等具体建议。
xpansion joint rubber waterstop is a kind of common sealing material.At present,the in-formati on about the engineering proporties of prototype rubber waterstop is not available. The Hardness,tensile strength,extensibility,aging coefficient,tear resistance of prototype rubber waterstop as well as the connection between the rubber waterstop and concrete are studied and anal yzed in th is paper.The test results presented are useful for expansion joint design. In addition,some valuable suggestions about the production of rubber waterstop are put forward.
