摘要
水是白洋淀生态演变的关键性因素。本文从研究水资源开发利用状况，探讨其对入淀水量，流域地下水及水域环境的影响。并依据水资源条件对白洋淀未来环境变迁作出评价。由此指出随着经济的发展，白洋淀水环境的前景不容乐观，并从改善生态环境考虑提出了水资源合理开发利用的意见与措施。
Water is the key factor for the ecological succession in the lake of Baiyangdian. Through the investigation of the exploitage on water resources,we will study in this treatise its effect on the water flowing into this lake,groundwater in this basin and the sunreundings of it. According to the condition of the water resources we will also make an appraisement about the future enviromentul change in this place. So we must POint out:with the economical development there may not be good water enviromental future in Baiyangdian. To improve the ecological conditions we will present the epinions and measures about the suitable exploitage of the water resources.
