摘要
研制的麦秸氨化青贮料综合了氨化与青贮的优点,呈青贮料型。粗蛋白质含量(CP)提高1.5倍(9.69∶3.8l),代替麦秸和部分青贮饲喂奶牛比对照产标准乳提高22.62%(P<0.05);精料利用率提高21.36%,全日粮千物质利用率提高11.04%;吨奶饲料成本降低45.36元;利用青贮窖节省了昂贵的氨化设备;减少了青贮渗出液和氨化过程中氨的损失。为开发秸秆的饲用潜力开辟了新路。
The newly-prepared wheat straw ammoniated-ensilage fodder (WSAEF) synthesized advantages of the ammoniation and ensilage, as a type of silage. Its crude protein content (CP) increased by 150% (9. 69: 3. 81). By means of substituting wheat straw and part corn silage with it in the diet of dairy cow, standardized milk production increased by 22. 62% (P<0. 05),utilization radio of concentration increases by 21. 36 %, utilization radio of dry matter of the ration increased by 11. 04%, and feed cost was decreased by 45. 35 Yuan/t. milk. silo may be used instead of expensive ammoniation equipments. with less loss of effluent of silage and ammonia in the treatment process. It opened up a new way of exploiting crop straw as fodder.
