摘要
二氯乙酸甲酯和甲酚钠进行亲核取代反应,生成缩醛结构化合物,再进行酸解制得乙醛酸。二氯乙酸甲酯由氯乙酸生产母液经酯化分馏得到。实验结果表明,缩合温度控制在90℃以下,时间为5~6h,乙醛酸产率可达60%以上。
The nucleophilic substitution reaction of methyl dichloroacetateand sodium methoxidc produces compound of acetals structure, from which acidsplitting produces glyoxylic acid. And methyl dichloroacetate was obtainedfrom rubbish of monochloroacetatc acid by esterification and fractional distilation. The experimental result shows that the condensation temperature iskept below 90°C for about 5~6h ,the yield of glyoxylic acid can be over 60%.
