摘要
介绍了ＳＷ型常温、干法成型脱硫剂的制备与性能。对其去除Ｈ＿２Ｓ气体的能力、脱硫剂的再生以及影响脱硫效率的因素进行了研究。经工业生产初步应用证明：ＳＷ型脱硫剂其来源主要为硫酸废渣，价格低廉；对Ｈ＿２Ｓ脱除率高，用此脱硫剂脱除水煤气、半水煤气、沼气中的Ｈ＿２Ｓ，可使其Ｈ＿２Ｓ含量达国家标准（２０ｍｇ／ｍ￣３）；ＳＷ型脱硫剂的主要性能达到国外同类产品水平。因其原料易得，操作方便，具有广阔的应用前景。
Preparation and performance of SW-type desulfurizer,which is formed by dry process at normal temperature,is described. Its ability of removal of H_2S, regenaration of it, and influence factors on its desulfurization arc investigated.It is proved by initial application to industrial production than the SW-type desulfurizer using spent charge as raw material has low cost, high efficiency of removal of H_2S from water gas, semi-water gas, and marsh gas, it makes content of H_2S in the above gases achieve the national standard; its main performances come up to the level of the same products at home and abroad. It has the widely applied prospects because of its raw material easy to obtain and its operation convenient.
