摘要
由脂肪醇、二甲胺一步催化法制取烷基二甲基胺。确定了适宜的反应条件:反应温度为210℃反应压力为常压;催化剂中铜、镍、钡离子的用量分别占起始醇重的0.1%、0.02%、0.04%。催化剂中起主要作用的是铜离子,镍离子和钡离子抑制副反应发生并加快主反应速度,催化剂可重复使用。
Alkyl dimethylamine is made from fatly alcohol and dimethyla-mine by one stage catalysis.Suitable reaction conditions are determined:reaction temperature is 210℃;reaction pressure, normal pressure;amounts ofcopper,nickel and barium ions are 0.1% ,0.02% and 0.04% of amount of fattyalcohol,respectively. Copper ion in atalyst takes major effect,nickel andbarium ions can inhibit sidc reactions from occuring and accelerate principalreaction. Catalyst can reuse.
