摘要
论述了采用8031单片微型计算机提高奶粉包装机计量精度的方法.在现行容量法喂料方式的基础上采用单片机控制检测系统,将包装计量精度提高到±0.1%.文章对所编制的软件及硬件系统均作了介绍.经过论证和模拟实验,文章得出结论,该控制检测系统对于改变目前我国粉类包装机械计量精度的现状,是一种十分经济有效的方法.
It is illustrated how to use 8031 Single-Chip Micerocomputer to improve measuring and feeding precision of milk-powder-packaging machinery. Based on Current Volume-feeding mode, A Single-Chip Microcomputer Controlling System is used. As a result, the measuring precision is designed and raised to ±0.1%. The authors also introduce Hardware and Software of the Controlling System. By Simulation test and proof, the Conclusion is given that this Measuring and Controlling System is an economical and effective method for changing the condition of measuring and feeding precision of powder packaging machinery in our Country.
