摘要
采用干法充油工艺制得了１０种油品的充油镍系顺丁橡胶。试验结果表明，填充３７．５份安庆石油化工总厂１＃～４＃高芳烃油及济南炼油厂三线抽出油的充油胶，ＭＬ为４０～４４；硫化胶的拉伸强度、定伸应力、扯断伸长率和硬度等基本力学性能均达到镍系充油胶技术指标；高芳烃含量较低的５＃～７＃油品充油胶门尼粘度和硫化胶强伸性能偏低；８＃，９＃油品因含有大量胶质，其充油胶表现出一些特殊性。表明填充油的性质对充油胶性能有明显影响。
Ten kinds of oil-extended polybutadiene rubber(OEBR)with nickel catalyst were prepared and their properties were investigated.The results indicated that when the OEBRs extended with 37.5phr of 1￣#～4￣# high aromatic oils,ML was 40～44,the tensile strength,300% modulus,elongation at break and hardness of the vulcanizates could reach the technical standard of oil-extended NiBR.The Mooney viscosity and the strength of the vulcanized OEBRs extended with 5￣#～7￣#oils were lower,and the OEBRs extented with 8￣#and 9￣#oils showed special characteristics because of their high gel content.The properties of extender oils had obvious influence on the performance of OEBR.
