摘要
2-甲基丙烯酸和对氨基苯甲酸按一定摩尔比混合后与硅酸钠、硝酸铝反应,将制得的活性硅铝氧烷溶胶(粒径为6~15μm,灰分为30%~60%)填充到NBR胶料中,其硫化胶性能与无填充活性硅铝氧烷溶胶者相比,拉伸强度可提高2~6倍,具有明显的增强作用和硫化促进作用。用2-甲基丙烯酸和硬脂酸制得的活性硅铝氧烷溶胶对NBR硫化胶无增强作用。
The active aluminosiloxane sol(particle diameter 6~15μm,ash 30%~60%)was prepared by the reaction of the mixture of 2-methylacrylic acid and aminobenzoic acid with sodium silicate and aluminium nitrate.The results showed that the tensile strength of NBR vulcanized rubber filled with the active aluminosiloxane sol increased 2~6times.It had obvious reinforcing and vulcanization accelerating effects.It was also showed that the active aluminosiloxane sol from 2-methylacrylic acid and stearic acid had no reinforcing effect on NBR vulcanized rubber.
