摘要
本文采用酸性α—醋酸萘酯酯酶(ANAE)染色颗粒分型法对大剂量X射线照射后C57BL/6小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群及其T细胞亚组的辐射效应进行了研究。结果发现X线单次全身照射后24小时,照射剂量为0. 5~8. 0Gy时,各型细胞数均随剂量增大而减少,其受抑程度以ANAE^-细胞为重,散在颗粒型细胞次之。统计学处理差异显著。说明B细胞的放射敏感性高于T细胞,而T_S又高于T_H。
The effect of radiation on the lymphocyte subpopulations and T cell subsets of the peripheral blood in mice, using the nonspecific acid alpha-naph-thyl acetate esterase (ANAE)staining and granular patterning method,in C57 BL/6mice after X-irradiation with large doses was studied.It was found that the number of various cell subpopulations was decreased 24 h after single whole body X-irradiation and the decrease was dose-dependent in the dose range of 0.5-8.0Gy.It was also shown that the order of radiosensitivity wast B lymphocytes>Ts>TH.
