膦酸酯稀土催化体系高顺-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶的充油效应及充油橡胶的性能 被引量:1

摘要 以芳烃含量约38%的油品作填充油,对用膦酸酯(2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己酯)稀土催化体系合成的高顺-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶的充油效应及充油橡胶的性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着充油量的增加,充油生胶的可塑性增大,混炼行为和流动性得以改善,而屈服强度、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均下降;充油硫化胶的300%定伸应力、硬度、撕裂强度、回弹性、生热和磨耗等均降低,永久变形与抗湿滑性增加,拉伸强度大约在充油量为70份时出现极大值。综合考虑,充油量以60~70份为宜。 The oil-extented effect and the properties of the oil-extended rubber of high cis-1.4-polybutadiene prepared with rare earth phosphonate(2-ethylhexyl phosphonate mono-2-ethylhexyl ester)catalyst system were studied with the oil of about 38% aromatic content as extender.The results showed that with increasing the oil loading,the plasticity of the oil-extended rubber increased,the yield and ten sile strength and elongation at bread decreasecd,thus improved the mixing behavior and flowability. The modulus at 300% elongation,hardness,tear strength,resilience,heat build-up and abrasiom of the oil-extended vulcanizaties all derdased,but th set and wet skid resistance incrseased with incresing the oil loading.There was a peak value at 70 phr of oil loading for their tensile strength.It was suitable in the oil loading of 60~70 phr.
