摘要
研究了共混可染丙纶的可纺性与生产工艺,讨论共混丙纶的染色性及水分特性.结果表明,共混物的纺丝稳定性优于单纯的聚丙烯,纤维指标正常,具有阳离子染料和分散性染料可染性,纤维保水率高,抗静电性能有所改善.
The spinnability and technology of dyeable Polypropylene polymer-blend fiber are described. The dye-ability and water absorbtion characteristics are investigated. The results show that the spin stability of poly-blend is superior to the pure polypropylene, the polymer-blend fiber can be dyed by cationic dyes and disperes dyes. Its water retention and antistatic property can also be improved.
