摘要
希农B-1的现场试验表明,在蒸汽发生器投入使用前,电解抛光和钝化处理使一次侧封头部件的内表面变光滑,能明显地减少放射性积累.现在,法国已开始在所有新蒸汽发生器上采用这项新技术,并处理了约30台.本文简要地介绍该技术的基本原理、一般工艺方法和主要优点,同时建议国内尽快进行研究,进而使之应用于核工程上.
The in-situ tests in the Chinon B-1 show that radioactivity buildup can be significantly reduced if the inside surfaces of steam generator(SG)channel head assemblies are smoothed by electropolishing and then passivating before they are placed in service.It has been begun to use this technology on all new SGs in France,and the approximate 30 SGs have been treated.Basic priciple,general processes and main advantages of the technology are briefly introduced in this paper.At the same time,suggests that the technology shall be researched as soon as possible and used in the nuclear engineering in our country.
