摘要
本文对计算机硬／软件综合系统的可靠性模型，以及ＦＭＥＣＡ，ＦＴＡ等故障分析技术的研究进展状况进行了一个概述。结合典型模型详细介绍了模型分类、教学处理方式和建模方法，探讨了在硬／软件综合系统可靠性建模中存在的一些特有的问题。
Developoment of the study of combined Hardware/ Software reliability models,Hardware/Software FMECA and Hardware/ Software FTA are summerized. Models classification, modelling techniques and mathematical methodology are detailed inlroduced with typical models. Some special problems in modelling combined Hardware/ Software system are also discussed.
