具有生物活性的有机磷化合物的研究Ⅷ.4-(喹喔啉-2-氧代)苯基烷基-N-烷基硫代磷酰胺酯的合成与性质

摘要 以烷基硫代磷酰二氯为磷酰化试剂,先后分别与4-(喹喔啉-2-氧代)苯酚和相应的取代胺或醇进行磷酰化反应,合成了8个未见文献报道的标题化合物Ⅱa~h,它们的结构经元素分析,IR, ̄1H-NMR, ̄(31)P-NMR和MS所证实,并初步研究了它们的波谱性质。 Synthesis of eight new title compounds Ⅱa~h is described.Ⅱa~g were synthesizedby the nucleophilic displacement of alkyl phosphoredichloridothionate by sedium 4-(quinoxalyl-2-oxy)phenolate followed by secondary amines in polar organic solvent under mild conditions,Ⅱh was syn-thesized by the base-catalyzed phosphorylation of 4-(quinoxalyl-2-oxy)phenol using diethyl phospho-rochloridothionate as phosphorylating agent in nonprotonic solvent.The strucrure of all new com-pounds was confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,  ̄1H and  ̄(31)P-NMR.
