空中晕厥与血浆β-EP、AT-Ⅱ,ANP关系的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨空中晕厥对某些神经内分泌的关系,对13例在近期内发生过空中晕厥的男性歼击机飞行员,进行了空腹血浆β-内腓肽(β-EP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)、心钠素(ANP)等测定并与35例条件相似的健康飞行员做对照。结果显示空中晕厥组血浆β-EP、AT-Ⅱ升高,ANP降低,与对照组比较P<0.05~P<0.01。β-EP参与情绪和行为调节,晕厥发生后β-EP升高可能与机体的应激状态有关;AT-Ⅱ升高提示本组病人肾素-血管紧张素系统功能亢进;ANP降低则提示心脏内分泌功能失调。因此,对发生空中晕厥后的飞行人员进行血浆β-EP、AT-Ⅱ、ANP等测定,有助于了解病人的心理、生理活动水平是否处于正常状态,对飞行结论有参考价值。 Determination of fasting Plasma β -Endorphine(B-EP) , AngiotensinⅡ(AT-Ⅱ)and Atrical Natriuretic Peptide(ANP)was made in 13 Male fighter pilots with recent air syncope history.The results showed that plasma level ofβ -EP and AT-Ⅱwere higher , while that of ANP was lower than those in the control.β-EP is involved in the regulation of emotion and behaviour , so the increase ofβ-EPis probably related to the stress state of organism after syncope AT-Ⅱ is an important fac-tor in the RAS system.The increase of AT-Ⅱ suggested that the function of RAS system is subjected to stress. And the diminution of ANP may indicate that the endocrine func-tion of heart is impaired. Therefore it is helpful to understand the condition of patients psychological and phys-iological states by the detemination of plasma β-EP , AT Ⅱ and ANP in pilots with a his-tory of air syncope.
