摘要
用系统辨识方法建立了下体负压作用时麻醉犬颈动脉血管系统反应的数学模型。结果表明,模型的特征参数稳态增益(K)和稳态时间(T)比常规的生理指标能更精确、更客观地描述颈动脉血管的反应特征。这是进一步研究人颈动脉血管反应的新途径。
The individual responses of cerebral blood circulation to
lower body negative pressure(LBNP ) with transfer function models established by way of
system identification in eight anesthetized dogs were investigated. From the mathematical
mod-els , two kinds of parameters,i.e. stable gainK)and stable time(T) ,were derived. The
results showed that K could describe the dynamic processes of cerebral vascular responses to
LBNP.Its physiological significance depends on the specific physilogical indice.in general , it
may reflect the regulation power of cerebral vascular function during LBNP. While T may reflect
the regulation quality of cerebral circulation under LBNP. Combined together ,these two kinds
of parameters can evaluate the responses of cerebral blood circu-lation more accuratly and
more objectively, as cornpared with conventional physiological indice.
