摘要
系统地考察了4种TMO催化剂(CuO、Fe2O3、Co2O3和Cr2O3)及其等质量比(1∶1)的6种TMO复合催化剂对AP/HTPB和AP/Al/HTPB两类复合固体推进剂燃烧性能的影响。实验结果表明,TMO复合催化剂对推进剂燃速的影响可分为正协同效应、无协同效应和负协同效应3类;具有正协同效应的TMO复合催化剂提高燃速效果最佳,TMO复合催化剂对AP复合推进剂燃速的影响取决于推进剂的种类,协同效应的类属和单一TMO催化剂的催化活性。
The catalysis of four TMOs (CuO,Fe 2O 3,Co 2O 3 and Cr 2O 3) and their six TMO mixtures (mass ratio:1∶1) on the combustion properties of AP/HTPB and AP/Al/HTPB composite solid propellants was investigated systematically.The results show that the action of the TMO mixtures on burning rate of the propellants can be divided into three kinds:positive,non and negative coordination effects.The TMO mixtures with positive coordination effect can extraordinarily increase the burning rates of the propellants.The action of the TMO mixtures on the burning rate of the propellant is also depedent on the kind of the propellant.
