摘要
对浙江萧山、舟山及福建集美三地臭鼩进行了染色体组型和带型分析,结果表明,三地臭鼩染色体数目均为2n=40,浙江两地常染色体组型为8(m)+2(sm)+10(st)+18(t),集美组型为8(m)+2(sm)+8(st)+20(t),性染色体除萧山标本X染色体为sm外,其余均为m.G带丰富,C带物质普遍缺乏。三地G、C带差异主要表现在性染色体上,尤其是Y染色体变异较大。核型比较初步显示三地臭鼩种群已有不同程度的地理分化,尤以福建集美更为明显。
The karyotype of the House Shrew, Suncus murinus , in Xiaoshan, Zhoushan(Zhejian) and Jimei (Fujian) are studied on the chromosome of bone marrow cells. In these three populations, the diploid chromosome number is 40,all autosomes are divided into four groups 8(m)+2(sm)+10(st)+18(t) in Xiaoshan and Zhoushan, 8(m)+2(sm)+8(st)+20(t) in Jimei. X chromosome is a large sized meta-centric or submetacentric(Xiaoshan) chromosome and Y is a medium sized metacentric one.
The G-and C-bands show that each homologous pair has its own special band patterns. The G- and C-bands of autosome and X chromosome in Xiaoshan and Zhoushan are similar,but have difference from that in Jimei. About Y chromosome, the G- and C-bands are different among the three populations.
we also compared the sex chromosome of the House Shrew in the other parts of Asia. From above comparison, we found that the House Shrew have been some geographical differentiation, that Y chromosome which is easy to vary maybe have important effect in evolution.
