摘要
本文开发的碳钢及合金结构钢手工电弧焊专家系统（ＳＭＡＷＥＳ－１）能够正确地选择焊条，制定合理的焊接工艺多数，查询焊条的数据信息，提供焊条选择工艺报告和焊接工艺指导书。因此，对实际焊接生产具有指导意义。该系统结构完整，功能齐全，咨询质量和工作效率高，操作使用方便。
This paper introduces a developed SMAW expert system for mild andalloyed structural steel.The SMAW has abilities to select covered electrodes, todetermine welding conditions,to search data and information relative to electrodesand to present consultations of selected electrodes and specifications of weldingtechnology etc.,so as to be a guide to practical welding production. This system ischaracterized by its integrated unit,high quality in consultation and efficiency,versatility, as well as convenience in operation.
