摘要
通过焊后两相区淬火调质处理,可使调质用35CrMo焊接过热区的强韧性提高。当加热温度处于两相区高温段,过热区韧性达最佳值,文中从过热区组织结构的一般特征,铁素体形态和回火脆性等几个方面探讨了过热区强韧化的机理。
The strength and toughness of over-heated HAz of 35CrMo steel canbe improved after double-phase zone(DPZ)trcatment.The toughness of over-heatedHAZ is optimal when quenching temperature corresponds to the high temperature zoneof DPZ. In this papcr,the mechanism of strcngth and toughness improvement is dis-cusscd in three aspects,i.e.,microstructure of ovcr-heated HAZ, morphology ofundissolved ferrite and temper brittleness.
