摘要
设置在气路中的气体压差传感器检测离子气流量,输出电压信号,经放大调制后与设定电压进行比较,经压频转换作为步进电机的控制信号来调节气阀的开度,以实现离子气流量按设定规律变化或保持恒值的闭环控制.
A differential pressure sensor is set at gas circuit to inspect gas flow rate and output electric signal which is compared with preset value to give the controlling source for stepmotor. The gas valve is adjusted by the motor to keep the flow rate according to predetermined pattern. By this principle, a close loop controlling device has been developed.
