摘要
本文利用张量ABCD定律分析了简单象散高斯光束的对称化,也给出了对称化设计方案.最后,对结果作了分析和讨论.
The symmetrization of simple astigmatic Gaussian beams is analyzed by means of tensor ABCD law in this paper. The design procedures of symmetrization are also given. At last,the results are analyzed and discussed.
