摘要
介绍自行设计小型纵剪机组的各主要机构及其有关参数，该纵剪机组剪切钢卷最大宽度３００ｍｍ，最大厚度３．５ｍｍ，剪切速度０．５ｍ／ｓ。设计主要依据是前苏联Ｂ·Ｂ诺沙夫的有关计算公式，计算了剪切力、圆盘刀剪切所需扭矩及功率，同时计算了剪切机和卷取机的传动比。
The principal mechanism and parameters of a small -sized longitudinal shearer set are introduced. The set has a shear-width bellow 300mm, shear-thickness bilow 3. 7mm and shear-speed 30m/s. In this paper, shear force I the torque and power of disc cutting tool,the transmission ratio of shearer and coiler have been calculated.
