管线钢焊接热影响区在二次热循环中的组织转变与韧性 被引量:2

Microstructural Transformation and Toughness of the Coarse Grained HAZ in Pipeline Steels During Two-Welding Cycle

摘要 采用热模拟方法获取输油螺旋埋弧焊钢管双面焊热影响区组织。力学性能测试结果表明,除在临界二相区加热外,二次热循环均使粗晶区得到初化。采用TEM和SEM等微观分析手段,从组织结构,组织遗传和断裂机制等方面分析了二次热循环对粗晶区不同部位韧性的影响和原因。 The coarse grained heat affected zone(HAZ) of spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe was got by the welding thermal simulation.test. The results show that toughness of the coarse grained HAZ is improved after second welding heat cycle except intercritical two-phase heating. Above results were analysed in three aspects, i. e. microstructure, structure inheritance and fracture mechanism.
