石油管道现场焊接时始焊板温对焊接质量影响的研究

摘要 石油管道的焊接质量与现场焊接时的板温密切相关。焊接质量问题主要表现在出现氢致延迟裂纹和焊接粗晶区的脆性。在我国北方地区冬季施工时,外界气温降低导致始焊板温降低,焊接热影响区的冷速加快,从而影响其组织转变和扩散氢的逸出。作者从影响氢致延迟裂纹的三要素氢、组织、应力入手,进行了试验研究,获得了各热循环参数随板温和板厚变化的规律,对管道施工单位现场焊接具有实际意义. The welding quality of pipeline is closely related to plate temperature in field welding. The hydrogen-induced delayEd crack and the embrittlement of coarse-grained HAZ are the main problems influencing the welding quality. During the field welding in winter in north China, the cooling rete is raised in HAZ as low plate temperature, resulting in the change of microstructure and the effusion of diffusible hydrogent. Taking three factors of hydrogen-induced delay6d crack into account, i. e. hydrogen, microstructure, stress, experiments are carried out and the change law of thermal cycle parameters with plate temperature and plate thickness has been obtained.
