三十烷醇对几种单细胞藻生长影响的研究 被引量:11

THE EFFECTS OF TRIACONTANOL ON MULTIPLICATION, PHYSIOLOGY, ACTIVITY AND QUALITY OF UNICELLULAR ALGAE

摘要 于1988-1990年,在大连凌水养殖二场,用0.01×10-6-1.00×10-6三十烷醇处理亚心形良藻、盐藻、微球藻、球等鞭金藻、新月菱形康,观察其对漠的生长影响。结果表明,在各种浓度下以上5种藻均提早进人指数生长期。对前3种藻的最佳处理浓度为0.10×10-6;后2种藻为0.05×10-6;其中对亚心形扁藻,促生长效果尤为明显,可视为海产经济动物人工育苗阶段的优质饵料。 The effects of triacontanol (TA) on unicellular algae multiplication, physiology,activity and quality were studied in Dalian during 1988 and 1990. Platvmonas subcordiformis, Dunaliella spp., Nannochloris oculata, Isochrvsis galbana and Nitzschia closterium were treated with different concentrations of TA (0.01 × 10-6,0.05 × 10-6, 0.10× 10-6 and 1.00× 10-6) respectively. The results showed that the lag phrase of growth was shortened and cell multiplication was stimulated. The relative growth' coefficient (K') of P. subcordijormis was 0.22 in the control, but 0.31, 0.31, and 0.29 respectively in three different treated groups (0.01×10-6,0.10× 10-6 and 1.00× 10-6). The average double time of cells was 1.37 in the control, but 0.97,0.97 and 1.04 respectively in the 0.01×10-6, 0.10 × 10-6, and 1.00×10-6 groups (time expressed as day). The algae cell number of the 0.10× 10-6 group cultured two days was similar to that of the control group cultured three days. The K' in D- spp. treated with 0.10×10-6 TA was 7.5%more than that of the control. The treated groups of D. spp. and N. oculata could reach the same cell density as that in the controls 1-1.5 days early in limited culture. The optimum concentration of TA used in the treated groups of P. subcordilormis, D. spp.and N. oculata was 0.01× 10-6, but in I. galbana and N. closterium was 0.05×10-6.In enlarged culture after being treated 2,4,6,8 and 12 days, the cell numbers of P. subcordiIormis were increased by 10%, 34.5 %, 43.8 %, 60.5% and 239% respectively over that of the controls.The study indicated that treatment of P. subcordijormis with 0.01 × 10-6 TA can increase the photosynthesis rate and enhance the content of chlorophyll, nucleic acid, carbohydrate, protein and Vitamin C in algae. So it promotes cell multiplication and improves the algae's quality.
