摘要
近年来频繁而严重的海洋自然灾害成了珠江三角洲地区的一大忧患。研究台风风暴潮、海平面上升等海洋灾害的特点,切实做好防灾救灾工作是一项确保该地区高速发展的重要战略任务。坚持灾害的综合治理、搞好防灾总体规划、研究和落实防灾对策与措施,珠江三角洲经济持续、高速、健康发展是完全可能的。本文对此做了探讨。
In recent years, natural disasters occurred frequently, becoming a big trouble in the Zhujiang Delta. Sothe study of the features of marine disasters like typhoon,storm surge,sea -level rise,and prediction and prevention of disasters has been a strategic task in ensuring its rapid development economy. It is possible to guarantee a lasting, rapid, and healthy development of the economy by preventing marine disasters in comprehensive way, drafting overall program of disaster prevention , studying and implementing countermea-sures against disasters.
