摘要
本文从青岛地区的区域地质背景及历史地震记录，论述青岛地区区域构造特征与地震的关系。进而阐述我国东部沿海地区不大可能发生地震海啸的原因。并对青岛地区今后地震监测及抗震防灾工作提出建议。
The relationship between the regional structure characteristics and the earthqu akes of Qingdao area is discussed based on the regional structure characteristics and earthquake historical records. The reason for the imprdbability of earthquake tsunamis in the coastal area of East China is given, and suggestions. concerning earthquake monitoring and measures against earthquake calamities in the Qingdao area are proposed.
