关于大洋多金属结核技术经济评价方法问题的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 本文从矿床技术经济学的角度,探讨了对大洋多金属结核进行技术经济评价的内容和方法。笔者以我国的东太平洋C-C区的实际调查资料为依据,探讨了在该区建一年产300万吨干结核的矿场。生产周期为30年,同时回收Mn、Cu、Co、Ni四种金属,冶炼厂址设在上海或青岛,并以1990年的国际市场金属价格为基础,通过投入产出分析,研究了影响大洋多金属结核开发企业投资构成的因素,分析了企业静态和动态条件下的经济效益。研究表明,大洋多金属结核资源的勘探开发,虽投资巨大,技术复杂,且有很大的风险,但却是一项有利可图的事业。只要法律问题能得到保障,海洋环境污染问题能有效的加以控制,不对生态构成严重的破坏,再过30-50年,或者更长一点时间,大洋多金属结核的商业性开采必将成为现实。 From the angle of ore technology and economy,the papetr discusses the contents andmethods of technologic & economic evaluation for oceanic polymetallic nodules.Based on China’s survey data in c-c area of the East Pacific Ocean,the authors sug-gest a mining site there with the expecting annual production of 3 million tons of drynodules for a period of 30 years and also,at the same time,with the recovery of Mn,Cu,Co and Ni. The smeltery can be set up at Qingdao or Shanghai. According to metal pricesin international market in 1990 and through the analysis of investment and production,the authors have tried to find out the factors that have affected the investments in theexploitation of oceanic polymetallic nodules and also have discussed economic benefits instatic and dynamic conditions.The authors think that the exploitation of the polymetallicnodules would be a very profitable job in spite of the vast investment,complicated tech-niques and great risks. With the near exhaustion of land resources and the advancementof science and technology,the issue would be placed on the agenda in the coming years.
