摘要
本调查以防治前管区（行政村）为单位的微丝蚴率划分为高、中、低三层，每层按随机抽样方法定取3个点，对年满10周岁以上居民逐户逐人逐个项目查询病史和进行体检，调查数据进行处理和估算结果：全省现有丝虫症状体征病人14486人，其中象皮肿病人546人，睾丸鞘膜积液病人7441人，乳糜尿病人6747人。
This investigation was carriedout in 3 sample spots of each stratification among three stratifications i.e. hyper,meso and hypo stratification according to the microfilaria rate in an unit,i .e .a administrative district before anti-filariasis. In each spot, the history and physical examinations in all the residents over 10 years old were asked and done. The results according to the data and estimation showed that the total patients with symptoms and signs were 14486. Among them,546 suffered with elephantiasis,7441 with hydrocoele diseases and6747 with chyluria discases.
