摘要
～6个月胎龄的胎肝含有丰富的造血干细胞及造血刺激因子，利用胎肝细胞输注可使骨髓造血和免疫功能恢复。本文报道对43例各类血液病进行胎肝细胞输注治疗后，可明显减少患者输血量，减轻感染及出血．促进病情向缓解方面转化，是一种值得选用的辅助及支持疗法．
The fetal (aged 3. 5~6 months)l iver contains plenty hemopoieticstem cells and hemopoietic stmnlative factors. Transfusion of fetalliver cells may recover the hemopoietic and immune functions ofthe bone marrow. This paperreports 43 cases with hematicdiseases treated by trensfusion offetal liver cells.
